DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Developed and led web strategy combining web development, user experience analysis, user support, and iterative design. Worked as a member of a cross-functional team including web developers, graphic designers, and education professionals to promote and implement new web features and a consistent user support strategy.

  • Managed a backlog for requested feature changes and bug fixes. Identified most critical changes and escalated them to the development team.
