Tonight I added a ticketing system to the website, so it is now possible to communicate with me about the Show Runner app from directly inside this website. Click “Open a Ticket,” fill out the form that’s presented, and then submit. I will respond back to you from within the website, too. I think that its really important to hear from the people who are using the site so I can get a feel for what’s working and what’s not.

I also installed a knowledgebase. Something that’s cool about it is that it is integrated into the posts, so I don’t have to maintain a separate library of articles like some plugins require. This way, I can offer multiple ways to find information, either from the homepage or from the Knowledgebase. Right now, it’s blank, but it something I hope to work on next.

I am at a bit of a stand still right now while I wait for my Base44 credits to renew in April. I am looking at ways to raise funds to help with the cost of a subscription, and the app is currently #96,437 on Product Hunt, which is pretty good considering that I’ve never programmed a web application before.
