I have been working on an app which makes it really easy to put on a virtual puppet slam. Create a show, schedule an episode, and then add links to the videos you have posted on a platform like YouTube or Vimeo. Organize the videos into a sequence, and then make the show live. Users can leave a comment or chat with other users while they are watching your episode.
